Good reasons to get in touch
Spotted a fact that has changed — a renovation, a closure, a new name? Tell us, ideally with a link to the hotel's own announcement. Corrections are the most useful mail we get.
Questions about how the index is compiled, or about something in our privacy policy, are welcome too.
What we can't help with
We're not a booking service. We can't check availability, hold rooms, change reservations or pass messages to a hotel. For any of that, contact the property directly through its official channels.
Hotels asking to be listed: we're glad to hear from you, but inclusion is an editorial decision and is never paid.
